Alpha Flight: Canada’s Premier Superhero Team

Alpha Flight is a team of Canadian superheroes published by Marvel Comics. Created by John Byrne, the team first appeared in X-Men #120 (1979) as guest stars before spinning off into their own title in 1983. They are often referred to as Canada’s equivalent of the Avengers, tasked with defending their nation and occasionally aiding in global conflicts.
